The process begins with PCI completing a thorough analysis of our client’s current workflow. We gain an indepth understanding our client’s products, market and strategic goals. We investigate processes for creating, managing and using assets and the interdependencies between the various groups involved in production.
PCI then identifies ways that workflows can be streamlined and enhanced to allow for faster production, easier access to assets, improved communication between groups and enhancement and repurposing of content. We then layout an action plan for migrating to the new workflow and recommend appropriate software applications that will work best for our client’s environment.
